Step 1. To get started click on "Create A Blog"
Step 2. If you already have a gmail account click on "sign in first"
If you DO NOT have a Google Services Account e-mail then fill out the form provided on the Blogger.com page which is below:
Enter the needed information like your chosen email address, password and date of birth as well as the display name that will be appearing on your posts.
After you have entered your information, entered the "Word Verification" and checked off the "Acceptance of Terms" click "Continue."

Step 3. Sign in and create your blog:
Enter a title that best describes the subject your blog you will be setting up.
You will then need to choose a "Blog Name" for your URL address. The blog address URL is the Web address you will type as an example: "http://yourblogname.blogspot.com" to find your blog on the Internet.
Once you have entered your Blog Title, and Blog Address URL, click "Continue"

Step 4. It is time to choose your template. There are a lot to choose from.
Blogger updates their blog templates daily. Example you can see here might be different from the picture above.
Place a check next to the template you like and click "Continue"
Step 5. To start your first post, click on "Start Blogging." or "Start Posting"
Congratulations! You've just set up your blog. Now you can start posting.
