Let Us Start Blogging

Blogging started way back the late 1990's even before the term blog was coined. Blogs existed as digital vanguards and took many forms with the digital communities including Usenet, which is a worldwide internet discussion system, creating conversation threads. Later on, modern blog evolved around 1994 and has been made as a medium for expressing people's thoughts, feelings, knowledge and even opinions.

The history of blogging started years ago and it is getting popular by the minute. These days, blogging has been made not only as a personal diary but also as a medium for marketing allowing businessmen to make a lot of profits online. As a matter of fact BlogPulse reported that there are 154,105,405 blogs already created as of January 24, 2011 and 66,574 of those blogs were just created in the last 24 hours. Creepy, isn't it? These numbers are getting huge every second and a lot of people creating blogs are piling up. With this in mind comes to a question.

Is the world of blogging too saturated?

And my answer is a big "NO"! In fact, this year is holding us a fortune. Why do I say so? That is because, blogging is just a medium of our thoughts and a lot of other businesses thoughts. Once again, it is just a MEDIUM. A one way to express and share whatever we want, whenever we want it. I think this year is a more promising year for new businesses and bloggers. Not to mention, even newbies in the world of WWW can take their chance on this.

These days, it is very easy to connect with a lot of people. Social Media comes in various forms, facebook and twitter are some of those, allowing people to interact with one another and blogging also is the same. It allows you to interact with your readers and influence them. If you can successfully build a relationship with your readers you will rise to the top of the competition. You can be saying or writing the exact same thing as a number of other bloggers, but it doesn't matter one bit.

As the blogosphere starts to mature, you're going to see certain people rise up and others fall. Remember the theory of natural selection? Those with characteristics NOT favorable to survive will end up dying. This theory applies to blogging as well. A lot of people end up losing hope because they think they can't compete. They can't survive. Later on, they just allow the opportunity of making money say goodbye to them.

This year, blogging won't be that easy because of competition. But always remember that we all have something to say, to express and to share. And if you are concerned about driving traffic and internet marketing we have a lot of tools and not to mention, blogs, talking about these things out there.

What are you waiting for? Let us act now and start typing short articles and create an income many only dream of! David Risley, one of the successful bloggers today, says "It is only those bloggers who TAKE ACTION who are going to rise."
